How We Teach

At Sprouting Munchkins, learning happens through joyful activities. Our play-based curriculum weaves together circle time, storytelling, music, art, sensory exploration, and outdoor play, creating a warm daily rhythm that children follow. Structure grows gradually from PG through UKG — giving the youngest children maximum freedom to explore while steadily building the focus and skills that prepare them for primary school.

Our Programs

Our PG class is a warm, nurturing nest for the very youngest explorers. The day is full of free play, sensory tubs, simple songs, and cosy book time — all designed to ease separation gently and build trust, curiosity, and a deep love for coming to school.

Nursery is where curiosity blossoms. Children begin exploring language, stories, and simple concepts through imaginative play, group activities, and creative arts. Routines become familiar and comforting, giving children the confidence to try new things every single day.

LKG marks a wonderful leap — children begin recognising letters, forming numbers, and expressing themselves with growing confidence. Creative thinking is celebrated alongside structured activities, as children learn to listen, collaborate, and take pride in their own work.

Progress Tracking & Parent Updates

We believe parents should always feel close to their child's day. Our teachers send friendly, jargon-free progress updates through a dedicated parent app and termly portfolio reviews. You'll see photographs, little anecdotes, and clear notes on your child's milestones — so you always know how they're growing, not just that they're happy (although they always are!).
